Talent Golf and Development (“Talent Golf,” “we,” “us”) operates talentgolfinc.com. This page explains what the site collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What you give us

The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address, and a message. We collect only what you type into it. We use it to answer you and to follow up about the work you asked about.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in the contact form.

What is collected automatically

Our web host keeps ordinary server logs — the IP address a request came from, the browser used, which pages were requested, and when. Those logs exist to keep the site running and to protect it from abuse.

This site runs no advertising trackers and no analytics, and it sets no cookies of its own. Fonts and images are served from the site itself rather than from a third party. If spam protection is switched on for the contact form, that provider may set a single cookie for the sole purpose of telling a person apart from an automated script.

Who else sees it

We share what you send only with the service providers who make the site work — our web host and the service that delivers form submissions to us, which also filters that form for spam — and only so that they can do those jobs. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages sent through the contact form for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, and then we delete them. Server logs are kept on our host’s ordinary schedule.

Your choices

Children

This site is meant for adults doing business with us. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and we will delete it.

This site links out to our web developer. Once you follow a link away from talentgolfinc.com, this policy no longer applies — the site you land on has its own.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date shown above.
