We are Passionate
Talent Golf and Development was formed by two friends that saw a need in the golf industry to build a high-end product at an affordable price. This was an oxymoron in the golf construction industry until WE came along. Our motto at Talent Golf is building to budgets and not exceeding them.
We have been very fortunate to work with some of the biggest names in the golf world! We have the Talent for bringing their creative visions and ideas to life and
exceeding the expectations of our clients. Our ability to think outside the box and offer creative solutions to impossible problems is one of the many things that
separate us from other construction companies. We are a GREEN company, and all of our projects are done within the guidelines set forth by Audubon International, a world leader in environmental sustainability!
When asked by a client why they should do things this way…our answer is simple…why would you not. It is simply the right thing to do! By doing so, we all become better stewards of the environment.
We have had the good fortune to work on two projects with Talent Golf, the Country Club of Oxford and Justin Timberlake’s Mirimichi and can’t say enough about their experience and professionalism. From every aspect of golf course design to the finest details of construction in the field everything about Talent Golf is first class. Working with Talent as designer and our construction company helps make our job as consultant and project manager all that much easier. Their knowledge base on all things golf is second to none and Mike and Randy work smoothly and efficiently as a team. It has been nice to work with a contractor where the term “change order’ doesn’t always mean a greater cost to my client.
